the breakfast had great variety and was tasty. The room included a coffee maker and kettle. The shower was powerful. i found the high ceiling in my room spacious.
i noticed that my bedding smelled like someone else's perfume. i observed that my bedding wasn't changed, despite my request. i discovered a towel with a hole in the bathroom.

The hotel's location is excellent. It made accessing key areas simple. The breakfast offered good variety. I found many options to enjoy. My room was quite spacious, a bonus for a longer stay.
Unfortunately, the room lacked proper air conditioning. It made the room quite stuffy. The corridors looked quite dirty . I found the room a bit small. Maneuvering with luggage was a challenge.

The staff offered a complimentary upgrade, a pleasant surprise. the breakfast was great. It featured a big variety of high-quality products, definitely worth the price (i especially liked the fresh pastries!). the location proved perfect. Restaurants and museums were easily accessible. the room was also super clean, something i always value.
i thought the towels could be a little better, they felt somewhat small.

the room was spacious and very clean. it included a coffee machine with pods and tea making facilities. the big window offered a good view and ample natural light. it also included a desk where i could work.

the breakfast buffet had multiple yogurt options, various muesli types, and fresh fruit. i found several types of bread and even currywurst (a local favorite!). the breakfast room provided a pleasant atmosphere each morning.

I snagged a premium double or twin room. It seriously delivered! the location is seriously awesome, like, super close to everything. staff members are super cute, i was like a vip!
The fan in the bathroom is super loud. It always turns on together with the light, kinda annoying.

breakfast had lots of choices with fresh fruit and vegetables, it was excellent. i noticed the buffet included the same menu every day though. as a traveller, i would have liked a little more variation.

the hotel has a modern feel. rooms are big enough to relax, especially if traveling with elderly people for a family reunion. i really jumped to the s train, it took me directly to the conference center.

location is perfect, you know! i found it super easy to walk to alexanderplatz. this neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the city center which is pretty neat.

The staff are friendly. They are also very helpful. they were polite, showing a good rapport. we even did an early check-in at 12nn and the staff was super kind and helpful to us, awesome!
